What does it mean to have an individual lease?

Individual leasing means each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If a roommate does not return for a semester, you are not responsible for their payment.

Do you have a roommate matching system?

Yes. If you have not selected a roommate, the community can help match you based on preference questions completed during the application process.

What is included in the rent?

Rent includes water and sewer, a washer and dryer, and access to community amenities.

What furniture is provided?

Apartments include energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances, a designer furniture package (such as a couch, coffee table, and media console), a washer and dryer, and fully furnished bedrooms including an XL-size bed, desk, chair, and drawers. Some units may include additional items.

How do I receive mail and packages?

Mail is delivered to your apartment mailbox on property. Packages are delivered using a package locker system so you can retrieve them any time.

Is there insurance coverage for my belongings?

Property insurance does not cover residents personal belongings. The community suggests obtaining renters insurance.

What if I need to break my lease or don't return for the spring semester?

The lease is binding. If you cannot live at the community after signing, you will need to re-let. Contact the leasing office for re-letting information.

Rent is due on or before the 1st of each month. Payments are divided into 12 equal installments, with the initial installment scheduled for August 1st. Late fees may apply if not paid by the 5th.

How do I pay my rent?

You can pay through the resident portal and set up automatic payments. The office may also accept in-person payments by check or money order.

What if I need maintenance in my bedroom or apartment?

Submit a maintenance request through the resident portal or speak with the leasing office team.

What do I need to bring to my new apartment?

Suggested items include Full-Size XL bedding, toiletries, dishes and cookware, decorations, and other essentials to make your space feel like home.
