Student Information

Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is only for your space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of Unite Student Living for any reason, you do not have to worry about having to cover their portion of rent. This is just another reason why Unite is students' best housing option!
Our maintenance staff will respond to maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Unite Student Living offers 24-hour emergency maintenance as well so that your student’s comfort is not affected.
Unite Student Living has spacious floor plan options so you will easily be able to find one to suit your needs. We have one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom fully-furnished apartment homes, thoughtfully designed to complement the student experience.

No worries at all! Unite Student Living has you covered with the LEAP’s Guarantor Waiver Program. If you're unable to secure an approved guarantor within 7 days of applying, you can opt for the Leap Guarantor Waiver program. In this case, a monthly charge of $55 will apply for this service. Feel free to CLICK HERE to apply or reach out to our office for more details.

While the main focus of a student’s college career will be about graduating and getting a fulfilling job, they also need to have fun along the way. At Unite Student Living, students will create life-long relationships and connections that will make them even more successful. Our great staff plans monthly resident events to get them involved. These events range from pizza parties to karaoke nights, from resume building classes to gaming tournaments. We will also keep our residents connected to events going on at the University of Utah as well as events happening around town so they don’t miss anything! We want our residents to succeed, and that’s why we thought of them while designing Unite SLC as a Living-Learning environment!

Frequently Asked Question

Certainly! Our housing facility provides a roommate matching system. If you haven't already chosen a preferred roommate, we can assist you in finding a compatible match. You'll be asked a series of questions during the application, providing details about your preferences. Subsequently, during the summer, we invest weeks in analyzing this information to identify the most suitable roommate match for you!

The most convenient way to pay rent is through our resident portal. You can even set up automatic payments each month so you never have to worry about late fees! If you prefer to pay in person, we accept personal checks, cashier checks or money orders.
You can easily submit a maintenance request through the resident portal or you can swing by the front desk to discuss your matter in person with an office member.
